4th Annual Native American Day Parade
Join us at the 4th Annual Native American Day Parade taking place on Saturday, October 6, 2018, in downtown Rapid City. The parade kicks off at 10:00 a.m, following the route starting from the corner of Third and Main Streets, west to Seventh Street, then south to Saint Joseph Street, back east to the starting point at Third Street
Parade Entry Registration
If you are interested in having a float or other entry in the parade, please fill out the online registration below. A printed application application is also available; printed forms must be received by Wednesday, October 3rd, to be considered preregistered.
Registration will be available the morning of the parade, on a first-come-first-served basis. Save yourself some time in line by preregistering.
Parade Lineup Information
We need volunteers to assist with parade entry check-in, parade lineup, serving lunch during the community meal, and other tasks as needed.
If you are interested in supporting our on-going efforts for "community innovation to reverse institutional and individual racism through conversations focused on relationship-building and shared values," we would love to have your assistance to ensure a successful event.
